How do I grow my own product ?

You heard a lot of times about “do things that don’t scale”.

But what does it mean ?

Find customers manually. Do not wait for them. Start outreach to your potential customers.

Send them messages/emails. Treat them as your best friends.

Currently, I am onboarding my clients manually. I am helping them with their strategy/content.

We get on call, and I answer all questions that they have and give a lot of tips and free value.

Crazy right ?

I am working with them closely and directly. If they have any questions, I am answering them immediately.

I can’t scale this approach to thousands of customers. But I must do it in the early days. Otherwise, you won't attract any attention from users.

Also, I am using my own tool on a daily basis. I promote it just by sharing valuable content/strategy to my ICP (ideal customer profile).
