After 2 months of grind!
Hey, it’s Sabyr.
Had more than 30+ calls with founders. Redesigned website twice. A lot of feedback, lessons and improvements.
Here’s what I have done:
• Improved headline
• Improved text
• Improved pricing
• Improved header
• Added automatic personal email after booking a call with me
• Added reminder email before one hour of a meeting
• Created template of important questions during call
I am improving workflow, questions, website every day based on user feedback only. Before joining meeting, open email that client answered and do not ask the same questions twice. Listen carefully, ask right questions.
After each meeting, I am sending PRD (product requirement document). Where I write everything down that I am doing for each client.
Even if you don’t close a deal send them a friendly email after several days/weeks/months to remind them about yourself. Sometimes they don’t choose you because of different situations that you can’t control.
In the email or on the call ask where they found you. Invest in those channels that are already bringing clients.
Also made several viral posts on Reddit that got me 30+ DMs, 5-10 booking calls and thousands of visitors. Didn’t spend a dime.
Find your best marketing channel and focus on it.
